Diablo 4 introduces an exciting collectible feature with the Altars of Lilith. These eerie statues are scattered throughout Sanctuary, hidden off the main paths and easily missed. Each zone contains dozens of these Altars, rewarding players who explore diligently.
Interacting with an Altar grants permanent bonuses to all characters on the same realm. These bonuses include +2 to one of the main attributes—Strength, Dexterity, Intelligence, or Willpower—or a +5 increase to Maximum Obol capacity. Additionally, each discovered Altar contributes +10 Renown, which is tracked in the Region Progress of each zone, and provides a small experience boost.
